1. Who we are

Oddsum (“Oddsum”, “we”, “us”) is operated by [FULL LEGAL NAME], a sole proprietor (фізична особа-підприємець) registered in Ukraine under number [REGISTRATION NUMBER], with the address [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. You can reach us at hello@oddsum.app.

By using Oddsum at oddsum.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Oddsum is — and is not

Oddsum is a tool for recording income, spending and savings and seeing them totalled by day, week, month and year. It works with the figures you enter; it does not connect to your bank.

Oddsum is not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Totals, hourly rates and reports are calculations based on your own entries and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for your own records and for any decisions you make, including tax filings.

3. Using Oddsum for free

You can use the full app without an account. In that case your data is stored only in your browser on your device. We do not receive it and cannot recover it: clearing your browser's site data, switching browsers or losing the device deletes it. Use Download backup on the Account page to keep your own copy.

4. Accounts

An account is needed for Pro. You must give a working email address, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. An account is for one person. You must be at least 16 years old to create one.

5. Free trial

When you create an account you get Pro free for 14 days. No payment details are needed. The trial ends automatically; nothing is charged, and your data stays as described in section 9.

6. Pro subscription

• Price and term. Pro costs $29 per year, plus any taxes shown at checkout.
• Automatic renewal. Pro renews automatically every year and you are charged at each renewal until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or from the Account page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed after that.
• Price changes. If the price changes, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal. The new price applies from that renewal; you can cancel before it.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Pro stays active for 7 days while the payment is retried.

7. Lifetime

Lifetime is a one-time payment of $69, plus any taxes shown at checkout. It is offered only during the launch period, which ends after 300 sales or 60 days from launch, whichever comes first.

“Lifetime” means for as long as Oddsum is operated by us or by anyone who takes it over — not for the lifetime of the purchaser. If Oddsum is ever shut down, we will give at least 90 days' notice by email and a way to export all your data. If you buy Lifetime while you have an active Pro subscription, the subscription is cancelled so it does not renew; you are not charged for it again.

8. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own terms apply to your purchase. We never see or store your card details.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Paddle may show the price in your local currency and adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.

9. When Pro or a trial ends

Syncing pauses. Every device keeps its own full copy of your data, and you can keep using Oddsum for free. Your cloud copy stays readable and downloadable for 12 months. After 12 months without Pro, the cloud copy is deleted; we email you 30 days before that happens. Subscribing again within those 12 months resumes syncing where it stopped.

10. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, for any reason. See the Refund Policy for details. A refund ends the Pro or Lifetime access it paid for.

11. Your data

Everything you enter belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run Oddsum for you — for example, to sync it between your devices and send the emails you have asked for. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

You can download all your data at any time, on any plan, and delete your account from the Account page.

12. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse Oddsum. In particular, do not try to access other people's accounts or data, disrupt or overload the service, get around limits on paid features, or use Oddsum for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does these things.

13. Changes to Oddsum and to these terms

We keep improving Oddsum, which means features may change. We will not remove a core part of Pro during a period you have already paid for. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

14. Availability and liability

We work to keep Oddsum available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. Keep your own backups of anything important.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about Oddsum is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

15. Ending your use

You can stop using Oddsum and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription first, then deletes your cloud data as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
